Went here on the 6/20 and arrived before 6pm. There was a line of a few people. Two women were finished with there order at 6:04. Then the girl at the window very cheery while telling the gentleman in front of use they closed at 6 today. I feel bad for him as he was there for a good 20-25mins. We only had to wait 10-15 to be told to leave. Also there was no sinage. Oh and the girl just shut the windows after giving a fake cheerful sorry. Guess I'll never be trying this place and sucks cause I was excited. Edit: Editing to reply to the owners remarks. He needs to check the cameras and retrain his staff as they are lying to him. I wrote down the times above. The last two to be severed were just after 6. It was two women. It was not pre purchased as we watched them pick. As I said before the poor guy was waiting for a long while. The light was on and said open. There were no signs on the outside stating the closure. The girl at the counter did not try to tell me or ther others that it was closed to only pre-orders, or even closing soon. Not everyone follows social media for every little thing. I will never be back as arguing with customers, I see you tried this with another person

Great workers went there today and there was a kid named rorey and a blonde girl they were very respectful and patient with me. Ice cream was amazing would go again.

Handel's has the creamiest hard ice cream around. Our favorite ice cream place was closed due to a staffing shortage, so we decided to give this place a try, and we're glad we did. The cinnamon roll and chocolate coffee chip ice creams were extremely delicious. One can have a choice between a regular or waffle cone, and even a waffle bowl! We arrived on a Friday night around 7:20 and had to let others order ahead of us because there were many flavors to choose from, including Spouse Like a House and Pumpkin Ripple. Although it wasn't busy -- perhaps because of the lateness of the season -- there was still a steady stream of people patronizing the place. The servers were quite pleasant and greet you with a smile. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!
